About IOP
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an excellent option for individuals experiencing an increase in distressing mental health symptoms and behaviors or those who aren’t progressing in traditional therapy. The IOP provides structured, comprehensive treatment in group settings, using the same evidence-based therapies found in our residential and partial hospitalization programs.
Pasadena Villa’s IOP can be an entry point to treatment, a natural step down from our full-day partial hospitalization program (PHP), or a step up from traditional outpatient treatment. Clients attend programming for a minimum of three hours each day, three to five days per week. This schedule allows for flexibility around work, class schedules, family, and other obligations.
✔ A flexible, half-day format
