At Pasadena Villa Outpatient, our virtual intensive outpatient program (V-IOP) delivers structured, evidence-based mental health treatment for adults through a secure online platform. V-IOP is designed for individuals managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders who need flexible access to intensive clinical care.

Insurance + Payment

In-network with most major insurance providers.

We also accept out-of-network benefits from additional carriers, and private pay is available for those who prefer to pay directly. Our North Carolina and Virginia locations are participating providers in the VA Community Care Network, expanding access to care for eligible veterans. Contact our admissions team to verify coverage or learn more about payment options.

About V-IOP

Available through our Pasadena Villa Outpatient locations in North Carolina and Virginia, our V-IOP provides evidence-based treatment for complex mental health conditions through live, therapist-led sessions. The program helps clients build the skills and stability needed to transition confidently into traditional outpatient therapy or sustained independent recovery.

Additional Levels of Care

Outpatient mental health treatment at Pasadena Villa Outpatient extends beyond virtual IOP. Our continuum of care also includes a full-day partial hospitalization program (PHP) and in-person IOP with day and evening options — giving clients the flexibility to step up, step down, or enter at the level of care that fits their needs.
