A member of our recruiting staff will review your application and materials. While the process may vary by location and position, generally, the steps to join the Odyssey team include:

  1. The recruiting team reviews your application with the hiring team and contacts you for an initial “getting to know you” call.
  2. We invite applicants we wish to get to know better for interviews, whether by phone, virtual, or onsite.
  3. Final candidates receive a verbal offer, a formal offer letter, and new hire information.
